Prices and charges

The price listed is for the our painting only , excluding all other charges such as freight , fuel surcharge , duties and taxes , and insurance . However during the checkout process , shipping charges which include freight cost and fuel surcharge will be included which varies according to the destination  . This however still exclude the duties and taxes which need to be borne by the buyer . Insurance is excluded as well .

Damaged Artwork

If a piece of artwork is damaged when you receive it, please notify the shipping company as soon as possible (and within 3 days) and by contacting Customer Support by email at cnxharmony@gmail.com

Our return policy says that you must retain the damaged artwork and all the original shipping and packaging material.  You will be given instructions on the process for receiving your refund and instructions on what to do with the damaged item, which will include inspection of the item and packaging materials by the shipping company

Packing and Shipping

All items are unframed , rolled and  packed by hand in containers ,  and then carefully transported. This is to ensure clients  that their purchase will be delivered undamaged within specified terms .

For stocked items , the typical lead-time to shipping is about 1 to 2 weeks while non-stock items are 3 to 4 weeks (depending upon artist availability)

Refund and Return

http://bestartforsale.net provides a possibility to refund your money within 3 days, if, due to some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase. This offer is valid within 3 days only from the date when you received the purchased good . Kindly follow the procedures listed below 

  • informed us by writing to us at cnxharmony@gmail.com.
  • Provide us the following information
  1. Order #, First & Last Name
  2. Item #(s) you want to return
  3. Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc.
  4. Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Replacement or Refund?
  5. Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions.
  • Repack the artwork in the original tube or box packing materials.
  • You will be directed to the nearest Fedex shipping location in your area .

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges for artwork you received undamaged.   The value of artwork damaged in return transit will also be your responsibility should any damage claims be denied by Fedex Insurance as being a result of their shipping.

http://bestartforsale.net shall refund the money after we have  received the purchased good in its original condition, i.e. undamaged . . You may exchange your purchased good with any other art work, and we will be happy to help you in choosing our best product. We are sure, however, that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase and will need not use this service.
